Job Title: Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in the front office and patient care team at Surgery Partners. This dynamic individual is responsible for scheduling, coordinating patient services, and performing various administrative tasks in a clinical setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments and services
  • Performing check-in procedures, patient preparation, and recording vital signs and medical history
  • Instrument care and maintenance
  • Front office tasks, including data entry and communication with patients and medical staff

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with medical staff, external agencies, and patients. A minimum of two years of related experience in a healthcare organization is required.
