- Coordinate referrals, schedules appointments, and communicates with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain clinical equipment, supplies, and protocols, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
- Minimum one-year direct experience in a medical assistant role or equivalent healthcare experience.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and adhere to medical ethics principles.
