Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals is necessary.
  • People-oriented and self-motivated individuals who can work effectively in a team environment are ideal candidates.
  • Ability to multitask and provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent is also required.

About the Role
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
