Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our kitchen team by evaluating the environment and responding to cues as necessary.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchen areas, including the loading dock, dumpster, and utility work areas.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, and complete daily and weekly checklists.
  • Take a proactive approach to maintaining the health, safety, and security of all staff members.
  • Be vigilant for any hazards and alert a manager as necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Share your positive energy and enthusiasm with the team to exceed customer expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with our crew members to support the success of Arby's - Peach Street.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
