About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and charismatic On-Call Host/Hostess to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring seamless transitions between dining experiences, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant and bar. Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, wine list, and other hotel services to make informed recommendations to guests
* Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
* Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure seamless transitions between dining experiences and maintain a high level of service quality
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the hospitality industry
