Job Description:

The Program Support Specialist role at Building STEPS Inc is a dynamic position that requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual. The successful candidate will support the organization's college and career success programming by managing program logistics, communications, and data.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with students and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage program logistics, including meals, transportation, and reservations
  • Manage student data, ensuring accurate information and partner school reporting
  • Conduct research on college and career-centric topics
  • Manage office and programming supplies, tracking inventory and facilitating procurement
  • Provide on-site support for events and programs

Requirements:

  • College degree from an accredited institution
  • Commitment to Building STEPS' mission and vision
  • Demonstrated interest in working with students and young adults
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to organize and work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Adept at learning new skills and software

Salary Range:$55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience
