Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc in the highly-desirable Dallas/Fort Worth area.
About the Job:The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, modifying, evaluating, documenting, and maintaining the plan of care for patients in the Emergency Department. This includes providing individualized, family-centered, holistic, supportive, and safe care.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform technical skills safely and accurately, demonstrating a working knowledge of equipment.
- Monitor patient condition, note changes in status, utilize judgment, and take appropriate action.
- Able to continuously anticipate, intervene, prioritize, and evaluate patient requirements according to health care needs.
- Demonstrate or quickly adapt knowledge and skills related to the use of Emergency Department equipment and computer programs.
- RN duties in an acute ED as required.
- Revises plan of care, as necessary based on daily evaluation of patient.
- Evaluates patient outcome based on previously defined goals.
- AHA or ARC BLS certification is required.
- AHA or ARC ACLS and PALS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- TNCC certification must be obtained within 18 months.
- ENPC certification must be obtained within 18 months.
- CEN and/or CPEN certification is preferred.
- BSN degree is required.
- Current licensure in the State of TX is mandatory.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
