Job Title: Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc in the highly-desirable Dallas/Fort Worth area.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, modifying, evaluating, documenting, and maintaining the plan of care for patients in the Emergency Department. This includes providing individualized, family-centered, holistic, supportive, and safe care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical skills safely and accurately, demonstrating a working knowledge of equipment.
  • Monitor patient condition, note changes in status, utilize judgment, and take appropriate action.
  • Able to continuously anticipate, intervene, prioritize, and evaluate patient requirements according to health care needs.
  • Demonstrate or quickly adapt knowledge and skills related to the use of Emergency Department equipment and computer programs.
  • RN duties in an acute ED as required.
  • Revises plan of care, as necessary based on daily evaluation of patient.
  • Evaluates patient outcome based on previously defined goals.
Qualifications:
  • AHA or ARC BLS certification is required.
  • AHA or ARC ACLS and PALS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • TNCC certification must be obtained within 18 months.
  • ENPC certification must be obtained within 18 months.
  • CEN and/or CPEN certification is preferred.
  • BSN degree is required.
  • Current licensure in the State of TX is mandatory.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
