Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our speech-language pathology department. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients and have the opportunity to complete the ASHA clinical fellowship.

About the Role

This is a full-time clinical and educational position that offers the opportunity to complete the ASHA clinical fellowship with the support of an experienced team of speech-language pathologists.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients with varied diagnoses to determine developmental and/or functional status using standardized measures or clinical observations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating patient and family needs.
  • Administer therapeutic treatment to patients with developmental delay or functional deficits to provide optimal development, function, and independence.

Requirements

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Knowledge of sign language and augmentative/alternative communication modalities.
  • Experience working with deaf/hard of hearing patients preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
