About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Provider Scheduler to join our team at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in creating and managing hospitalist schedules for our Aspirus system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain hospitalist assignment templates and schedules for the Aspirus system
  • Input and maintain provider templates in scheduling software system (Qgenda)
  • Coordinate and track provider Continued Medical Education (CME), PTO, FMLA, and meetings
  • Maintain constant communication of schedule information with site leaders
Requirements
  1. Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  2. Possesses excellent communication skills and strong verbal and written skills
  3. Possesses computer literacy required relative to the software programs utilized at Aspirus
  4. Possesses/obtains superb working knowledge of Qgenda to support providers and the other users of the program
