Role Responsibilities:

As a member of the Accounting team, you will play a vital role in the organization's growth. You will collaborate with various functional teams and external advisors to assess, enhance, develop, and implement systems and procedures aimed at resolving current challenges and preventing future issues.


Key Duties Include:
  • Maintaining the integrity of the general ledger by applying generally accepted accounting principles to all transactions.
  • Engaging with operations personnel to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries related to monthly operating activities, investigating variances, and managing re-class entries.
  • Completing balance sheet account reconciliations by established deadlines and promptly researching and resolving discrepancies.
  • Preparing, verifying, and overseeing the entry of journal entries into the general ledger.
  • Reviewing journals for errors and omissions, ensuring corrected data is accurately entered into the general ledger.
  • Updating and refining monthly closing procedures.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications include:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of accounting and/or public accounting experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
  • The ability to manage and meet challenging deadlines while prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in business-related software, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.

Compensation ranges from $66,560 to $105,000, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
