Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a supportive school environment. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with students to develop their communication skills and overcome speech and language challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of speech therapy into the educational setting
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in student communication skills
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student communication skills, including articulation, language, and fluency
  • Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and teachers to promote effective communication

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • California SLP license
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
