Job DescriptionThis visionary leadership role involves orchestrating daily procedures, cultivating a well-staffed team, championing productivity, addressing concerns proactively, playing a key role in staff selection and development, upholding hospital policies, spearheading cost-effective practices, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a current and valid Arizona RN licensure, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing or related field, and 3 years of demonstrated experience in Labor and Delivery, as well as minimum 1 year of healthcare supervisory experience.
