Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist III to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our physical therapy department.
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist III to provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including modalities, exercises, and education, to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication among healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities to enhance patient care and departmental operations.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
- At least three years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).
Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
