Customer Service Representative at FinFit

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Operations Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements

• Participate in proactive outbound dialing and email projects to drive customer engagement

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual) is required

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a financial services, technology, retail, or employee benefits company

• Experience working in a regulated environment and with CRM systems

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
