Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary:

KCG Companies is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our accounting staff, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budget to actual reconciliations, invoice processing, corporate account management, and managing pre-development funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and allocate between our corporate entities
  • Complete monthly financial reporting
  • Track and oversee invoice processing on our portfolio
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
  • Monitor and record payroll across all of our entities
  • Review bank reconciliation
  • Monitor financial activity
  • Monitor pre-development budgets and actual costs
  • Work with the heads of every department
  • Provide support to the executive team and all VPs
  • Assist with operations management
  • Document workflows and best practices
  • Prepare and maintain audit schedules

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 2+ years of experience as a controller or assistant controller
  • Experience with consolidated financial statements
  • Experience with budgeting and monitoring
