Job Summary:
KCG Companies is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our accounting staff, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budget to actual reconciliations, invoice processing, corporate account management, and managing pre-development funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and allocate between our corporate entities
- Complete monthly financial reporting
- Track and oversee invoice processing on our portfolio
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- Monitor and record payroll across all of our entities
- Review bank reconciliation
- Monitor financial activity
- Monitor pre-development budgets and actual costs
- Work with the heads of every department
- Provide support to the executive team and all VPs
- Assist with operations management
- Document workflows and best practices
- Prepare and maintain audit schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 2+ years of experience as a controller or assistant controller
- Experience with consolidated financial statements
- Experience with budgeting and monitoring
