About the RoleAs an Emergency Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
