About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As an NICU nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
