- Provide data and analytical support for the company's quarterly and annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Track performance of sites against forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Support capital expenditure approval process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
- Develop and maintain financial processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Provide actionable recommendations to address challenges, streamline processes, and improve financial performance.
- Drive consistent reporting and tracking of productivity, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a financial analyst required.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of US GAAP required.
- Strong financial and data analysis skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivation and direction, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding organization and prioritization skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
This role operates in a professional office environment, with occasional exposure to manufacturing operations. The employee must be able to sit for extended periods, use standard office equipment, and lift office products and supplies up to 25 pounds. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
