Clinical Nursing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Nursing Manager to lead our team of nurses in the Operating Room department at Alaska Regional Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing staff schedules, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in nursing, preferably with experience in an Operating Room setting. You should be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. A salary of approximately $110,000 per year is expected for this position, based on national averages and the cost of living in Anchorage, Alaska.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in the Operating Room department
• Managing staff schedules and coordinating patient admissions and discharges
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
• Providing guidance and support to junior nurses
• Collaborating with other members of our management team to develop and implement hospital-wide initiatives
