About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parking Operations Manager to join our team at Reef Technology Inc. as a Valet Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our parking facilities, while delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of parking staff, including delegating tasks, coaching and developing employees, and monitoring performance.
  • Recruit, select, and train new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and property managers, attending location meetings and responding to client requests to develop and maintain a good working relationship.
  • Monitor the maintenance of the facility and associated premises to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss through theft, error, or carelessness.
  • Review profit and loss statements, adjustments, and variance reports on a monthly basis, making adjustments as necessary to achieve budget goals.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required.
  • Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns, addressing escalated concerns from guests.
  • Immediately respond to reports of accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in account management and revenue collection.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Previous experience in the parking industry, preferred.
