Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Associate in our Automotive Division, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, professional, and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Conduct test drives, explain product features and benefits, and follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Attend product and sales training courses to stay up-to-date on the latest automotive products and industry trends.
  • Maintain a follow-up system to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Establish and achieve personal sales goals that align with dealership standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not mandatory; we welcome enthusiastic and trainable individuals.
  • Valid Texas driver's license and eligibility to work in the US.
  • Pass drug test, MVR, and criminal background check.
  • Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard.
  • Automotive and/or military experience a plus.
  • Sales license (where applicable).
