Overview

Select Specialty Hospitals are critical illness recovery hospitals, specializing in caring for chronically critically ill or post-intensive care unit patients. Our 30-bed facility in Duke Regional Hospital provides a supportive environment for patients to breathe, speak, eat, walk, and think as independently as possible.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Additionally, our EMR system, VitalsMD, provides real-time data to inform clinical decisions and improve patient outcomes.

Job Description

This full-time Nurse Practitioner position will be part of our experienced hospitalist team, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, value-based care. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, making a difference in the lives of our patients every day.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must be a board-certified or board-eligible Nurse Practitioner with advanced graduate medical education and training in Internal Medicine. You should also have a current, unrestricted license to practice in North Carolina and prescriptive authority.
