About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at REAP Healthcare Agents, specializing in Behavioral Health.

This is an 8-5 outpatient clinic setting with no nights or weekends required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Behavioral Health nursing and be comfortable working with patients in a community health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Psych certified Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient setting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Psych certified Nurse Practitioner licensure.
  • Strong background in Behavioral Health nursing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
