Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to cleaning and maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Cleaning and maintaining buildings, floors, walls, windows, and other facilities equipment
- Operating power equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and polishers
- Mixing and applying cleaning solutions according to specifications
- Stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing floors
- Cleaning and maintaining interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Servicing and maintaining restrooms, including restocking supplies and disposing of trash
- Setting up, arranging, and removing decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding for events and meetings
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, they should be able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
