We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will direct workers and assist in diagnosing malfunctions in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will ensure that all facilities are maintained in a safe and efficient manner, while also ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations.

You will interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assign duties as needed. Your strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills will enable you to establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry. A high school diploma/GED is required, with a college degree preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $76,100 - $98,900 per year, as well as a $7,500 sign-on bonus, annual bonus eligibility, low-cost comprehensive benefits package, 401k & company match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and on-the-job training with advancement opportunities.

This position requires flexibility, including working weekends and holidays. You must be able to read English and follow written procedures, work at heights with proper safety equipment, and adapt to a non-air-conditioned environment.
