Job Title: Substance Abuse Specialist

At Southeastern Integrated Care LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Substance Abuse Specialist to join our team. As a Substance Abuse Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing care and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Provide education and support to individuals and their families on substance abuse and addiction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as counseling or social work.
  • Current licensure or certification in a related field, such as LCSW or LPC.
  • Experience working with individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Work Environment:
