Speech and Language Therapist

Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic school setting. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized education plans, and collaborating with special education staff to ensure student success.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop treatment plans to address these needs.
- IEPs and Evaluations: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and conduct evaluations to assess students' progress.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with special education staff, teachers, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
- Elementary Grade Caseload: Manage a caseload of 42 students in elementary grades, providing individualized support and instruction.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in school and/or pediatric settings, with a strong preference for experience with IEPs.
- Licensure: Active WA State License.
