Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Event Sales Director to drive sales growth, expand our client base, and oversee the execution of events from conception to completion. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans, lead and motivate the sales team, identify new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with potential clients. They will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for events, oversee the planning and execution of events, and ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary of $67,500 annually plus commission, comprehensive health benefits, paid time off and holidays, and opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
