About the School Principal Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced School Principal to lead our elementary, middle, and high school campuses at KIPP Colorado Public Schools. As a School Principal, you will be responsible for driving exceptional student experience and academic outcomes that equip all students with the skills and confidence to pursue their chosen paths.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instructional Leadership: Develop and implement instructional plans and strategies to ensure rigorous and deep thinking among students.
  • Talent Leadership: Cultivate, hire, develop, and retain high-quality staff members and school leadership.
  • Culture Leadership: Set a vision and expectations for staff and student culture, grounded in equity and inclusivity that supports student learning.
  • Operations and Sustainability: Ensure that all school functions have systems to coordinate and communicate with one another, and comply with district and KIPP policies and state and federal laws and regulations.

  • Personal Leadership: Set clear and focused vision and direction across an entire school, grounded in excellence centered on what's best for students.

  • Competitive Market Salary: Starting salary for this role begins at $117,300 and is commensurate with experience.
