Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Experience Champion to join our team at Window World of Baton Rouge, LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

About the Role

The Customer Experience Champion will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This includes answering questions related to products, policies, and services offered by our organization, as well as scheduling appointments and reviewing customer account information to identify and resolve concerns.

You will also engage appropriate resources to route calls for follow-up and resolution, accurately create and update customer accounts, collect and process payment transactions, and contact customers in support of outbound program initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels
  • Answer questions related to products, policies, and services
  • Schedule appointments for estimates, installations, and other services
  • Review customer account information to identify and resolve concerns
  • Engage resources to route calls for follow-up and resolution
  • Create and update customer accounts and input records of customer interactions
  • Collect and process payment transactions
  • Contact customers in support of outbound program initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment with a proven track record of handling complex customer issues
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve escalated customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to clearly explain policies and procedures to customers
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality service under pressure
  • Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or contact center software is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and account management

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We are committed to fair compensation and offer a competitive benefits package to our employees.
