We are a Christian hospice dedicated to providing high-quality clinical care and the love and salvation of Jesus Christ. Our team is seeking a Registered Dietician to join our interdisciplinary care team and provide expert nutritional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive nutritional plans of care for patients, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians and nurses, to provide education and counseling on nutrition and diet.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure that their nutritional needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in foods, nutrition, or dietetics from an accredited institution.
  • Successful completion of an internship or equivalent experience.
  • Membership and registration in the American Dietetic Association.
  • Licensure to practice as a Registered Dietician in the state(s) where Empyrean Hospice operates.
  • CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
