We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help us create innovative visual representations of data that drive results. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing collateral and content consistent with our branding, laying out and designing research books, pitch decks, and proposal letters, and creating graphics for social media and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visual materials that align with our brand identity
  • Collaborate with our UX designer to create wireframes and design prototypes
  • Stay organized and meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Approach each project with a client-centric mindset, ensuring that the design meets their desired objectives

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Graphic Design or higher
  • A strong online portfolio or project examples that demonstrate your skills and experience
  • 5-7 years of design experience in-house or in an agency
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop
  • Ability to work in a flexible, yet predominantly in-person work culture
