We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Jakes Burgers and Beer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed our guests' expectations.

About You:

You have a strong background in customer service and are passionate about delivering top-notch experiences for our patrons. You are knowledgeable about our menu offerings and are able to effectively communicate this knowledge to our guests. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to work effectively with your team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise during service, including handling complaints and escalating problems to management as needed.

Salary Range:

">

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in the food service industry is preferred.
