Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service requests for field operations, ensuring all assignments are allocated the evening prior and completed as required.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers and field personnel.
  • Maintain communication with clients to update them on any scheduling changes.
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department regarding any ordered components to ensure timely delivery and rescheduling of follow-up visits.
  • Generate repair orders for new tasks or scheduled maintenance.
  • Review daily Open Order Analysis to confirm all tasks are on track and closed appropriately.
  • Support field technicians with non-technical inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist the Service Management Coordinator in scheduling service managers and ensuring adherence to schedules.
  • Execute additional projects as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional telephone and customer service skills.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications.
