About the Role:

The VP of Lending is a key position at Zag Worx, responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients in the real estate financing space. As a relationship manager and creative problem solver, you will guide clients through the loan process, offering tailored solutions to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 50 active clients, providing exceptional customer service and results-driven solutions.
  • Complete and document loan applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive support.
  • Grow your network through speaking engagements and mentorship, expanding Zag Worx's reach in the industry.
  • Drive customer retention and secure new business through referrals, solidifying Zag Worx's reputation as a trusted partner.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in lending, preferably in multi-family real estate.
  • A passion for outstanding customer service and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing client needs.
