As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our stores, achieving sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and employee supervision.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of AT&T products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
- 2+ years of retail wireless management experience.
- 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
