Network Infrastructure Specialist

Jr. Network Administrator (Hybrid)
We are seeking a highly skilled Jr. Network Administrator to join our team at Irvine Technology Corporation. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Administer Microsoft cloud services, including Azure, Office 365, and Intune, to support our IT operations.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Microsoft cloud environments.
- Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions for collaboration, communication, and data storage in SharePoint and Teams.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems, networks, and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Monitor security logs and conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Systems/Network Administrator, with a focus on cloud (Azure preferred but other cloud experience is acceptable).
- Experience with OKTA and/or Active Directory.
- Proficient in Modern Security Standards and Compliance Regulations.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices and protocols.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud services, including Azure, Office 365, and Intune.
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, PowerApps, Python, or C# are highly desirable.
- Experience managing virtual machines in Azure is a plus.
- Experience working in healthcare is a plus.
- Industry certifications such as Azure AZ-104, Azure AZ-900, Microsoft 365 Admin, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
