Audiology Training Specialist

At Jacobs Management Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team as a Field Training Audiologist.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000, including a competitive base salary and quarterly bonus. Additionally, you will be entitled to great benefits and a company car.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced audiologist to make a significant impact on the quality of hearing care provided to patients by empowering audiology professionals through comprehensive product training.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions for audiology professionals, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Provide expert support on hearing aid fitting and troubleshooting, leveraging your extensive expertise in the field.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive product adoption and growth.
- Represent Jacobs Management Group at national, state, and regional events, showcasing your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independently manage a full travel schedule, maximizing training impact and demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- An AuD, PhD, or Master's degree in Audiology, along with a current state license from any US state.
- Exceptional presentation and training skills, allowing you to engage and educate audiences effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- The ability to travel extensively, up to 75%, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
