Key Responsibilities

The primary mission of the Customer Service & Dispatch Manager is to guide the teams in surpassing daily objectives and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Motivating and developing the customer service and dispatch teams to achieve and exceed performance indicators.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality service and alignment.
  • Conducting engaging training sessions for the customer service team.
  • Reviewing weekly inbound and outbound calls with the team to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Overseeing dispatch operations to ensure optimal technician-job matching.
  • Holding weekly one-on-one meetings with team members.

  • Implementing and adhering to the Nexstar Customer Service & Dispatch Processes.
  • Designing, reviewing, and assessing monthly incentive programs.
  • Partnering with the marketing team to develop strategies that generate sales leads.
  • Ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business demands.
