Job Summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling, reworking, and modifying complex electronic products to meet required specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and rework electronic components to build prints and work instructions
  • Partner with engineering to develop effective manufacturing processes
  • Ensure product compliance and quality
  • Maintain product assembly records in quality data tracking system
  • Attend and participate in team meetings
Requirements
  • Associate degree in electronics technology or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of electronic soldering and assembly experience
  • Extensive experience with soldering and assembly of complex analog and digital circuits
  • Familiarization with electronic components and technical documentation
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation
  • Experience using hand tools for electronics assembly and rework
  • Capable of achieving and maintaining certification in IPC 610 & J-STD soldering specifications
  • Familiar with Electric Static Discharge precautions
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and PDF Viewers
