About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Concierge to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist guests with all retail functions, including suggestive selling, stocking, and inventory.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and data entry.
  • Input financial data and balance daily cash funds.
  • Maintain a clean and functional work space.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a spa, retail, or similar environment.
  • Cash handling experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
Work Environment

The Casino environment is fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. You may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke and excessive noise.
