We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our Radiology / CAT Scan team at The George Washington University Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after radiology and CAT scan procedures.
- Educate patients and their families about the procedure and post-procedure care.
- Collaborate with radiologists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in radiology, critical care, or emergency nursing.
- Flexibility to work per diem shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in radiology or CAT scan nursing.
- Advanced certification in Radiology Nursing (CRN) or equivalent.
