Job Summary:
HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedics team. This is a 48-hour per week, night shift position that requires a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.

Unit Information:
Our 32-bed Orthopedics unit is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. As a Registered Nurse on this team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients, including those undergoing total knee, hip, and ankle replacements, as well as spine surgeries.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing IV insertions, and managing pain and discomfort
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information in the electronic medical record

Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Med/Surg or Orthopedics setting
BLS certification
Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PICC/Central Line Management
Knowledge of Oncology and Airway skills
Bilingual or multilingual skills
