In this role, you will discover the essential skills, experience, and qualifications necessary for success.

As a Land Surveying Project Leader, you will spearhead initiatives to uncover growth opportunities within the practice, drive business development and marketing strategies, and execute sales tactics aimed at ensuring the sustainable expansion of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical oversight to guarantee quality assurance and quality control of procedures and deliverables. You will monitor both field and office operations to maintain a consistently high standard of work and service.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting key personnel, while also mentoring and training the surveying team to foster their professional growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of professional experience in surveying;
  • Registered Professional Surveyor;
  • A robust network of existing professional contacts;
  • Proven ability to contribute to the growth of a surveying practice through effective marketing and networking strategies;
  • In-depth knowledge of advancements, principles, techniques, and practices in land surveying;
  • Capability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members within the surveying practice;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience in managing and supervising junior staff.
