About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and local government officials to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to design site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, and utility layouts.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage project risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
  • Professional Engineering License (P.E.).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
