Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at The Village at Germantown. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and assisting with marketing events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with daily activities, including answering incoming inquiries and managing the database in CRM.
  • Support and assist at marketing events, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for attendees.
  • Log and maintain all activities in the CRM/lead-tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with planning and executing marketing events, including coordinating logistics and communicating with vendors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills, relating to all levels of management and professionals.
  • Maintain professional business attire, appearance, manner, and approach while on duty.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales and Marketing and/or the CEO.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, advertising, or graphic design.
  • Experience working with seniors preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility in hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
