About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our Cardiology Clinic team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support patients and healthcare providers throughout the patient visit, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Prepare patients and providers for visits, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and documented.
  • Answer patient questions and provide clear, concise information to ensure patient understanding and satisfaction.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation, including patient registration and clinical notes.
  • Maintain required clinical knowledge, technical skills, and training to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a formal medical assistant training program preferred.
  • Experience working with confidential information and in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
