Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Business Banking Specialist I to join our team at Timberline Bank. As a key member of our Retail Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our business customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide quality customer service promptly and courteously at all times, determining customers' needs and offering solutions to meet those needs.
  • Account Management: Open all deposit accounts and assist customers with queries concerning bank services, promoting and possessing a thorough knowledge of online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, credit cards, remote deposit capture, wire transfers, and other complex consumer solutions.
  • Cash Management: Assist in identifying, analyzing, and offering cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients, establishing and maintaining relationships with business and consumer customers.
  • Teller Duties: Assist with teller duties as assigned, including processing teller transactions accurately and efficiently, meeting required standards for cash handling and cash disbursement, and accurately meeting policy requirements for teller drawer balancing.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Notary: Colorado Notary.
  • Knowledge and Expertise: Knowledge of banking services and products, proven people, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills, and a team player with a strong, team-focused attitude.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain a current knowledge of all regulations, including BSA, and demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the Bank's policies and procedures.
