Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with developmental needs, utilizing natural environment teaching strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff to ensure seamless service coordination.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children.
  • 6 months or more of experience as an RBT.
  • Strong understanding of natural environment teaching strategies and experience working with children 5 years and older.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
