Job Overview

The Thompson Safety, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Training Department Lead to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training programs across all company locations.

In this role, you will direct the sales efforts for training services, manage billing and invoicing, schedule training classes, and work closely with operations teams to grow training revenue.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, 3+ years of experience in B2B Facility Services or Distribution industry, and 2+ years of experience in Outside Sales. Strong marketing and sales strategy development experience is also required.
